Detailed Job Description / Requirements:
MISSION
1. To be responsible for day to day operations and issues

7. Develop local infrastructure
8. Setup effective management structure
9. Monitor and push departmental goals continually
10. Monitor production ,costs closely and continually

OUTCOMES
1. Improved focus of each department
2. Improved detailing of work that is being done
3. Reach 400cr turnover in 67-68
4. Set up refinery in 068-69
5. Get into refined oil business by 068-69 end
6. Leverage distribution network for sales of distribution of other agri products
7. Develop agri input business
8. Improve efficiencies of Grain Trading
9. Improve bulk material handling efficiencies
10. Improved cost efficiencies in the business

COMPETENCIES

• Education : Graduate minimum MBA preferred (engineering background will have an added advantage)
• Languages : English Hindi Nepali
• Experience : Minimum 5 yrs experience in similar job responsibility in a manufacturing unit or 10 years’ experience in any other sector with overall responsibilities
• Forceful, Persistent, analytical & Intelligent
• Friendly yet clear in communication
• Good written and spoken English, Nepali and Hindi
• Should have worked in the at least 5 years in Nepal recently.
• Should have held a management position in the last 5 years of working
• Independent leadership and go getter attitude is a must
• Needs to spend a good amount of time at the factory in birgunj and at the depots across Nepal.
